salih made breakfast wonderful he was very attentive kind and professional. fatima from the cleaning staff was very friendly too. the front desk and breakfast staff were friendly as well I appreciate their hospitality

i liked how attentive the breakfast staff was. the waiters were very polite and made sure i had everything i needed. the breakfast selection was very good, with a lot of variety. also, i appreciated how keen the staff was to help with any questions i had regarding local attractions.
the room was a bit dusty, i noticed dust on the headboards and around the duvet. the air conditioner sometimes turned off by itself. fatima, the cleaning lady, didn't clean the duvet or dust in the room unless i specifically asked her to.

the hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to public transport. there are restaurants and shops nearby. it felt quite safe walking around the area, even alone, a big plus for me.
